Christmas Concert on Tuesday, 12/10/24:

Band and colorguard students should arrive at the band room at 5pm in concert dress/guard uniform (home uniform) and with all materials to perform. The PAC lobby will be open for parents until we open doors for the concert at 6:45pm.

The concert starts at 7pm and should be done around 8:30pm. Please stay to help strike the stage. As usual:  Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for under 18 and ASB. Small children are free. We can us help with entry and any baked goods you can donate.

Parade of Lights on Saturday, 12/14/24:

Please note that we need to load at 2pm. Students still need to make their way to the assembly site on 6th street after any loading. Also make sure your student has a note to be released if you are expecting a long delay in retreiving them after the event. Otherwise parents will not be able to leave and help unload back at the school. Remember that we also need help UNLOADING back at the school when we are done!! Please don't make 5 kids and parents do all your work!

Home Football Game Itinerary:

Students should arrive at the band room by 5:00 P.M. with their undergarments, black socks, black band shoes and any instruments and materials they need to perform. Students should eat well before the game since we cannot eat in uniform.

5:00-5:30 P.M. - Students will dress out in uniform
5:30-6:15 P.M. - Students will warm-up. We go up to the field at 6:30 P.M.
7:30-9:30 P.M. - We perform during the game and are done around 9:30 P.M.

Make sure parents are alerted when we are about to come down to the band room to change out of uniform so you can be picked up promptly.

Morning Pep on Football Days:

Students should arrive at the band room at 7:45am with their instrument and materials. We will warm up and perform from about 8:05-8:20am and then report to class.
