5:00 P.M. Students should arrive in the band room and have instruments, music and other materials. Students should be in concert dress and hall all necessary equipment We will set up at the field with all our equipment and be ready to perform by the start of the ceremony (usually 7pm).

Graduation will usually let-out around 8:30 P.M. but traffic and bodies will slow our tear-down. Plan on an approximate 9:00 P.M. end time but make contact with parents to make sure you have a ride here when we are done. Make sure you do not leave before all the equipment is returned to the band room.

**Any student not returning to band in the fall needs to personally return any instruments they have checked out to Dr. Mora at the end of this event. 

Jazz Band at Senior Awards on Thursday, 5/21/26:

4:30pm: Jazz Band members should arrive at the band room at 4:30pm in concert dress with all instruments and materials. We will set up at the PAC and be ready to play by 5:30pm

5:30-6pm: We will perform in the PAC and then tear down. Please make sure you have a ride to get you when we are done.
