Hope you all had a wonderful start to 2021 and are looking forward to getting this 2nd semester started off on the right path.


Classes begin on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 7:40am. All returning students have been added to the 2nd Semester Google Classroom.

Welcome Message:
First and foremost, welcome to my website. Thank you for stopping by. I am hoping that you will find all the necessary information here during this time in our academic history. These are such unprecedented times and having to change teaching methodologies and attitude has challenged me in many ways, both mentally and emotionally. Nonetheless, having been in the classroom for the last 24+ years has been filled with its successes and areas of improvement, and I am still excited to teach and learn with you through all of this despite the circumstances. 

***Please understand that though we have been utilizing technology these last several months of the previous school year, there is still a learning curve that needs to be experienced and with that, we will learn and grow together. So, I ask for your patience during this process.

All access codes will be sent via school email by 8/10/2020 no later than 5pm. Please make sure that all your emails are up to date and that your student also checks their CNUSD email account.

Syllabus and Grading Expectations:
Syllabus and grading expectations have been sent in the email.

Please know this...All assignments will be graded accordingly and on a timely basis. Hence, assignments will be expected to be turned in according to the set timelines as well. Students will need to gain proficiency in the standards that are being taught and will need to seek advisement when not understanding.

I encourage each and every HONORS student to continue their learning, both with the class and independently, by reading, writing and participating in the the lessons that will be provided seeing that many will continue on the Honors/AP route next year.

Each assignment will have point values defined in the grade book in Q once the assignments have been posted in Google Classroom.
