Born and raised in Chino Hills, California, Mr. Cameron earned a basketball scholarship at Point Loma Nazarene University. After graduating from Pt. Loma with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Mr. Cameron held an intern position as an athletic trainer with the San Diego Chargers. His first teaching and coaching assignment was at Fairmont Preparatory Academy in Anaheim, California. Earning a teaching credential and Master's degree from National University, he spent seven years there as a science, health, PE teacher, as well as, head basketball coach, head tennis coach, and assistant baseball coach. From there he moved to Walnut High School where he taught PE and headed the basketball program for eight years. Mr. Cameron ventured into administration and spent three years as a summer school assistant principal at Walnut High School. Mr. Cameron is entering into his first year as Assistant Principal/Athletic Director at Norco High School.
