Graduation Itinerary 5/29/24
5:00 P.M. Students should arrive in the band room and have instruments, music and other materials. Students should be in concert dress for this performance.
5-5:30pm: We will set up at the field with all our equipment.
6:30 P.M. Band will tune up and be ready to play by start time.
Graduation will usually let-out around 8:30 P.M. but traffic and bodies will slow our tear-down. Plan on an approximate 9:00 P.M. end time but make contact with parents to make sure you have a ride here when we are done.
*Any students checking out instruments over the summer should take them home after graduation and make sure their check-out form is on file with Dr. Mora Any students not returning to band next fall should return instruments the night of graduation (after the performance) or they will be obligated to purchase the instrument.
Norco College Concert Band Performance Itinerary 5/30/24:
5pm: Students that can help transport some percussion in trucks or larger cars should meet at the NHS band room at 5pm. We will load what we need and make it to the college by 6pm.
Any students not helping to load should meet at the College Theater by 6pm. Students should wear concert dress or any other form of concert black attire. Make sure to have any instruments, music, and materials you need to perform.
6-7pm: We will make sure we have what we need set on stage and make any sound checks for the performance.
7:30pm: We perform! After the concert students can help get equipment back to the NHS Band Room. The concert should last about an hour.
