Performance Itineraries

Christmas Concert on 12/9/25:


We will have our annual Christmas Concert next Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 7pm in the PAC. 
The lobby will be open for parents that want to stay although the PAC doors will not open until 6:45pm for seating. Any donations of baked goods for intermession and pre-concert can be sent in with your student.

Our entry donation is $5 for adults over 18 and $3 for children/ASB. Small children are free. Below is an itinerary:
5:30pm: Students should arrive at the band room by 5:30pm in concert dress. Colorguard should be in their costume as determined by Mr. Green. Students should have music,  instruments, and all materials needed to perform.

5:30-6:45pm: We will set up the stage and do any sound checks necessary for the performance.

7:00pm: Performance! We should be done between 8:30-9:00pm. Please allow time for your student to help strike the stage after we are done as we need everyone to help.

Parade of Lights Itinerary 12/13/2025:

Below is the itinerary for the Parade of Lights performance on 12/13/25. Please note that our load time is at 2pm and we need parents and leaders to help load. Our call time is at the church on the corner of Corona and 6th street so make sure you have a ride to the site and an instrument with you if you are not stopping by the band room before you reach the site.


Please make sure you have a signed parent note if you need to be released to reach them after we are done. I can't just let you leave on your own. Phone calls are not acceptable.

                                                               Fall Football Day Itinerary:

Morning Pep: 7:45 A.M. Students should wear their band shirt and report to the band room by 7:45 A.M. to get instruments and warm-up. We head out to play at the front gates at 8:10 A.M.

Football Game Call Time 5:30pm: Students should arrive to the band room in their undergarments which are worn under their uniform. This consists of a band shirt or other black t-shirt, athletic shorts, black athletic socks (long), and their band shoes. Hair should be groomed and arranged as indicated in class.

Students will dress out and gather equipment as we warm-up and move up to the field by 6:30pm. We will then perform the National Anthem, sit in the stands and play pep music during time-outs, and finish around 9:00pm. Remember that there is no eating in uniform (only water) and to have a ride available to pick you up after we clean up. Leaders should help restore the room before leaving.

Parent volunteers that want to help sell cotton candy/funnel cake or help with water should report by 5:00 P.M.
