COVID Quarantine Procedure
STUDENT TESTS POSITIVE (VACCINATED OR NOT)
... without symptoms... he/she remains at home for 10 days from the date the COVID test was taken. Student may return to school with a negative test taken on day 5 or later. Email your test results (home tests are ok) to [email protected]
... with symptoms... he/she remains at home for 10 days from the date he/she noticed symptoms or date the COVID test was taken (which ever was the most recent). He/she may return to school with a negative test taken on day 5 or later if symptoms have improved and fever-free for 24 hours without use of a fever-reducer. Home tests are ok and can be emailed to [email protected]
STUDENT WAS IN CLOSE CONTACT - INSIDE OF THE HOME
... if the student has symptoms (vaccinated or not)... he/she remains at home 10 days from the onset of symptoms. Ok to return on the 6th day with a negative test taken on Day 5 or later. Symptoms must be improved and fever-free for 24 hours without use of fever-reducing medication. Home tests are ok and results can be emailed to [email protected]
... if the student does not have symptoms (vaccinated & boosted)... he/she return to school and does not have to quarantine. Proof of vaccination and booster can be emailed to
[email protected]
... if the student does not have symptoms (vaccinated/unvaccinated but not boosted)... he/she remains at home for 10 days from the date the COVID test was taken. Student may return to school with a negative test taken on day 5 or later. Email your test results (home tests are ok) to

STUDENT WAS IN CLOSE CONTACT - OUTSIDE OF THE HOME
... student has symptoms (regardless of vaccination status)... he/she remains at home for 10 days from the date he/she noticed symptoms or date the COVID test was taken (which ever was the most recent). He/she may return to school with a negative test taken on day 5 or later if symptoms have improved and fever-free for 24 hours without use of a fever-reducer. Home tests are ok and can be emailed to [email protected]
... student does not have symptoms (regardless of vaccination status)... student does not need to quarantine and can attend school. It is recommended that student tests on Day 5 from the exposure. Home tests are ok and results can be emailed to [email protected]
