Meetings: 3rd Friday of every month in D-12 during lunch
Who may attend: Students must apply every semester during the first 3 weeks of semester by visiting Ms. Hecht in D-12 for an application. Students must demonstrate high academic achievement and meet criteria as set by the state CSF organization. Students who meet the criteria may earn the distinction of Sealbearer at graduation and will be specially recognized at graduation with a gold cord and a seal on their diploma.
When activities take place: Some activities take place during school and also outside of school hours. We have an annual college trip to one or more schools
(UCI, CSU Fullerton, UCR, Cal Baptist, CSU San Marcos or Cal Poly Pomona).
Description: The California Scholarship Federation exists to promote and recognize high standards of scholarship, service and citizenship on the part of students in California schools. As part of Norco High’s chapter, students fundraise, tutor students from other schools and perform various community service activities.
