Norco High School Air Force Junior ROTC invites you to join an exciting program for developing your leadership skills.
JROTC cadets are connected at NHS …they perform for home games, pep rallies, school assemblies, community events, parades and drill meets. FACTS:
- AFJROTC’s mission is to develop citizens of character dedicated to serving their nation and community.
- JROTC counts as PHYSICAL EDUCATION and elective credits.
- Cadets can receive 1 year of college ROTC credit for 4 years of JROTC.
- If you do plan to enlist in the military, you can earn 2 stripes upon enlistment in exchange for JROTC training.
- JROTC is not a military recruitment program. It is a citizenship program
- Students are only required to where the uniform one day per week.
